Made with local "brocciu", jam chestnuts etc. The desserts are quite varied.
"Brocciu":
The best known, Brocciu based desserts are "fiadone" (custard) "falculelle" (cookie) "fritelle" (fritters) also appreciated is the chestnut cake (made with its flower).
"Canestrelli" are dry biscuit often flavoured with anis, go well with coffee.
