The residence consists of 10 units of approx. 50 m2 each with a covered terrace, a barbecue and private parking.

Each mini-villa is in the category F3 and can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. The interior consists of: A sitting-room with integrated kitchen and a sofa-bed (double).
One bedroom on the ground-floor (for two), and a mezzanine bedroom (for two).

A bathroom (with bath and without toilet) and a separate toilet. All the mini-villas have a television, oven and fridge.
